There are a few reasons why you may not be able to connect to your 401(k).
You may have registered for online access. You should be able to follow the prompts to gain online access to your 401(k). After that, connecting your 401(k) will be possible.
You may have the wrong password. You can use the reset password feature on your providers website. Once you’ve reset your password, you will be able to connect to your 401(k).
