My old employer isn't listed

If you don’t see the name of your former employer in the list of options, no worries — you can add it manually! Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Type in the full name of your former employer.

  2. In the very bottom of the dropdown, you’ll see an option that says “Use” followed by your employer’s name — click there!

Once you’ve submitted your info, our team of experts will review your information and be in touch with next steps to locate your 401(k)!
